Can I manage more than one web front under my user name ?
How do I get additional web fronts ?
1. Login. You must have created your first web front already.
2. Go to Start
3. Find the Get a New Web Front item and add the license to your cart
4. Checkout
The new license will appear in your Account page. You can then create a new web front
How do I add more functionality to my web front ?
Some functionalities are assigned to web sites, others are available within a user subscription.
1. Login.
2. If you haven't created your first we front then create a new web front.
3. Once your web front is ready, login and go to My Sites.
3. Click on the web site you would like to add a new subscription to.
4. In the left hand side tool bar click on View/Add Licenses. Review the license features.
5. Add the required license to your cart and Checkout.
6. After checkout if it is a site license the relevant functionality will appear instantly.
7. If it is a user based license, in the left hand side tool bar click on User Manager
8. Find the user you'd like the license to be assigned to and assign the license from the list of available licenses.
The new functionality will appear in the user's front-end automatically. If the users cannot see their controls - add them as your Internal users.
